Scope
This policy covers the website spann.ai. How we handle information in the course of working with clients (email correspondence, meetings, and project materials) is described in our Client Privacy & Data Handling Notice, available on request from privacypolicyinquiries@spann.ai.
What this website collects: nothing, directly
This site is a set of static informational pages. By design:
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies (no localStorage, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting). Because there are no cookies, there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tracking. The site runs no JavaScript at all.
- No forms or accounts. There is no way to submit information through this site: no contact forms, sign-ups, comments, logins, or e-commerce.
- No third-party content. Pages load no external fonts, scripts, videos, advertisements, or social-media widgets. Every resource is served from spann.ai.
Hosting and server logs
Like any website, spann.ai is delivered by a hosting provider, currently GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), with content delivery by Fastly. As part of operating the service, the hosting provider automatically logs visitors’ IP addresses and standard technical request data for security purposes. Those logs are held by the hosting provider under its own privacy practices (see GitHub’s Privacy Statement); we do not use them to identify visitors and do not combine them with any other information.
If you email us
The site lists an email address instead of a contact form. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you send (typically your email address, name, and message), and we use it to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to conduct that business relationship (see the Client Privacy & Data Handling Notice). We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own use.
No sale, no sharing, no advertising
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use any form of targeted advertising. We have no advertising relationships.
“Do Not Track” and opt-out signals
Because this site does not track visitors in the first place, browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored by default: there is no tracking to opt out of.
Children
This site is informational, is not directed to children, and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and contains static content only.
Changes to this policy
If our website practices ever change (for example, if we add a contact form or analytics), we will update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the effective date above. Superseded versions are retained and available on request.
